Immigration
The Immigration Assistance Program provides quality, low cost immigration legal services to low income people of Oklahoma with the primary initiative of reunifying families. Staff members, including four attorneys, one accredited representative and two caseworkers represent immigrants of all nationalities on an individual basis.
The staff represent individuals in their applications for:
- Family Petitions.
- Political Asylum.
- Victims of Domestic Violence
- Victims of Human Trafficking
- Registry.
- Naturalization.
- Replacement Cards.
- And numerous other immigration applications.
