COVID-19 Update
Immigration Legal Services wants to keep our clients up to date with the latest information about any closures at USCIS, consulates, and immigration court, as well as how your case may be impacted. We know that our clients have important deadlines that do not disappear, even with COVID-19 public health concerns.
ILS has implemented a preparedness plan to ensure that we continue to provide our existing clients quality immigration legal services, while also being responsive to the COVID-19 threat. Our preparedness plan includes some of the following modifications:

- Our team is continuing to serve our existing clients. We can hold video meetings, telephone meetings or in-person meetings. If you are an existing client and would like to speak to your caseworker, please call our office at (405) 523-3001, email them, or email our general inbox at ils@ccaokc.org. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours.
- We are not taking any walk-in appointments at this time. If you have documents that need to be delivered to your caseworker, please mail them to us at Catholic Charities ATTN: Immigration 1232 N. Classen Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK 73106. We are continuing to promptly check and process mail.
- If you need to make a payment, you can do so via debit or credit card by calling us at (405) 523-3001. You can also make a payment by mailing a money order or cashier's check to the address listed above.

Immigration Legal Services Program
Immigration Legal Services focuses on providing quality direct legal services to low-income immigrants and their families. Through our services, we aim to strengthen individuals and families through family reunification and to advance clients' sense of security and well-being through the attainment of legal status.
Our Eligibility Requirements
Our services are available to individuals with verifiable low income. We are unable to assist individuals detained removal proceedings and individuals serving prison sentences at this time.
Any individual who does not meet the above requirements or who requests assistance that is outside our scope of services will be referred to a private immigration attorney.

Attorneys are available to provide educational programs on immigration legal issues. We also provide the following services:

- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
- U Visas for survivors of certain crimes
- T Visas for human trafficking survivors
- Lawful permanent residency for domestic violence survivors (VAWA)
- Asylum
- Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
- Family-based immigration
- Naturalization and citizenship
- Adjustment of status
- Green card renewals
- Work permits and adjustment of status for Cuban entrants
- Community outreach and education
