Ways to Give
Recurring Gift – Join our growing Halo Society by giving monthly through a recurring donation which is automatically deducted from your bank account each month. As a Halo Society member, you will receive select communications, sneak peek announcements and a quarterly newsletter all about how we are utilizing your funds to support our community. Join 600 other donors who have already set up a monthly recurring gift to Catholic Charities as an easy way to give small monthly donations that add up to a big gift!
Pledge – state how much you would like to give for the year, and we will send you monthly reminders to make your payments through June 2022.
Gifts by check – Checks should be made payable to “Catholic Charities.” Please update any information like address, phone or parish name on your donation slip.
Online gift – visit www.givetocc.org to make your donation online.
Telephone – Please contact Christi Jeffreys, Director of Annual Giving, to make a direct contribution by phone 405-526-2323.
Stock gifts – One of the most valuable ways to contribute to Catholic Charities is via a gift of stock or other securities, such as bonds or mutual funds. The full value of your gift is tax-deductible provided it has been held for at least one year, and there is no obligation to pay any capital gains tax on the appreciated value. The gift is fully deductible as of the date it arrives in our account.
IRA QCD - This popular gift option is commonly called the IRA charitable rollover, but you may also see it referred to as a qualified charitable distribution, or QCD for short. If you are 70½ years old or older, you can take advantage of a simple way to benefit Catholic Charities and receive tax benefits in return. You can give up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to a qualified charity such as ours without having to pay income taxes on the money. If you decide to choose this option, have your administrator mail a check postmarked by December 31, 2022 to Catholic Charities.
